Q3: When is the delivery time?

A: Depending on the size and quantity, we will let you know the exact delivery time when we know the product details.

Q4: What logistics?

A: We usually make A decision based on the quantity of products. To choose some high-quality logistics, if you have a designated logistics company, you can inform us, we will deliver goods according to your designated logistics.

Q5: What should we do if we can't find what we want on your website?

A: You can email us your requirements or show us some pictures of the products you want. We check and try to find what you're looking for. Please note that we are constantly developing new projects and some new projects are not updated on the website.

Q6: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?

A: Yes. We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the production process.

Q7: What drawings format you need for production?

A: 2D, 3D both available. 2D like PDF, CAD, JPG etc. 3D like STP, IGS, STL, SAT,PRT,IPT etc.
